Client Service Associate

As a Client Service Associate at MISC Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support to clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with no prior experience who are confident, resourceful, and possess strong cooperation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. 3. Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations. 4. Help in developing and maintaining relationships with clients to promote client retention and satisfaction. 5. Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization by identifying opportunities for improvement in client service processes. 6. Support the client service team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. 2. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 4. A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving and customer service. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
