Client Service Associate

Job Description:

As a Client Service Associate at Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and support. You will work closely with clients to address their needs and ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. The ideal candidate will be driven and hardworking, with a passion for delivering excellent client service.

Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Assist clients with product selection, ordering, and delivery processes - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client requests - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the CRM system - Participate in meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client service or customer support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
