Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Service Associate to join our team at Sapura Energy Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a Client Service Associate, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. 3. Assist clients with account management and transactional support. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and deliver client requests. 5. Analyze client feedback and implement strategies to improve overall client experience. 6. Provide support in resolving any client issues or complaints. 7. Assist in preparing client reports and presentations as needed. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients. 9. Maintain accurate and detailed client records and documentation.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 1 year of relevant experience in client service or customer relations. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks. 6. Motivated and confident personality with a proactive approach. 7. Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment. 8. Knowledge of people management and conflict resolution. 9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
