Remote Client Service Associate

Job Description:

As a Remote Client Service Associate at Boustead Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client service to our customers remotely. You will work closely with clients to provide them with the necessary support and assistance to ensure their needs are met. This role is crucial in maintaining strong relationships with clients and enhancing their overall experience with our company.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients through phone, email, and other virtual channels to address their inquiries and concerns - Provide accurate information and guidance on our products and services - Assist clients in navigating our online platform and troubleshooting any technical issues they may encounter - Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues and escalate complex cases when necessary - Maintain detailed records of client interactions and ensure all information is up to date in our database - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or client relations - Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients - Passionate about providing excellent service and driven to exceed client expectations - Ability to work independently and efficiently manage your time - Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution - Proficiency in using technology and working in a remote setting - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
