Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

MISC Berhad is seeking a motivated and energetic Client Service Associate to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Managing client accounts and ensuring all information is up to date and accurate. 3. Identifying opportunities to upsell products or services to clients based on their needs. 4. Collaborating with the sales team to provide seamless service to clients. 5. Analyzing client feedback and making recommendations for improvement. 6. Participating in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge. 7. Maintaining a high level of understanding and empathy in all client interactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Energetic personality with a strong motivation to succeed. 3. Excellent analysis skills to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. 4. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
