Client Service Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Petronas is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Client Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to work from home on a part-time basis, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address their inquiries and concerns. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and timely processing of orders. 3. Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise with client orders. 4. Work closely with the sales team to coordinate client needs and ensure satisfaction. 5. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times. 6. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to provide seamless service to clients. 7. Utilize planning skills to prioritize and manage multiple client requests. 8. Pay close attention to detail to ensure accurate communication and order processing.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems. 4. Strong planning skills and attention to detail. 5. Hardworking and dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients. 6. Must be comfortable working from home and have a reliable internet connection. 7. Experience in the petrochemical industry is a plus, but not required.
