Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Service Manager

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a leading conglomerate in Malaysia with diverse business interests, we are looking for a candidate who is resilient, hardworking, and possesses exceptional emotional intelligence and research skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service. 2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and efficiently. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. 4. Analyze client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 5. Prepare and present reports on client accounts and performance metrics to senior management. 6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously enhance service offerings. 7. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in client service or account management roles. 3. Proven track record of managing client relationships and achieving sales targets. 4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. 5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
