Job Description:
As a Client Service Manager at Digi.Com Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, and identifying opportunities for business growth. You will be the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a strong understanding of the company's products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and requests - Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular communication and follow-ups - Identify opportunities for business growth and upselling to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and solutions to clients - Develop and implement strategies to increase client engagement and loyalty - Prepare and present reports on client activity, feedback, and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition to provide valuable insights to clients - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients at all times
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Driven and passionate about delivering exceptional client service - Creative problem solver with strong persuasion skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Knowledge of telecommunications industry is a plus
