Client Service Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic Client Service Manager to join our team at Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Work closely with internal teams to meet client needs and objectives - Manage client accounts and ensure all deliverables are met on time - Identify new business opportunities and upsell services to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly - Provide support and guidance to junior team members - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 5 years of experience in client services or a related field - Energetic and dedicated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is preferred
