Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Padini Holdings Berhad is seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Service Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and providing exceptional customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have. 3. Communicate with clients to gather feedback and implement improvements to our services. 4. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and acquisition. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. 6. Prepare reports on client accounts and present findings to management. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve clients. 8. Provide training and support to junior client service team members.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in client service or account management. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Emotional intelligence to be able to understand and address client needs effectively. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
