Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Client Service Manager to join our team at Perodua in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client service management and a strong understanding of providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of remote clients, ensuring all their needs and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for all communication - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their projects and address any concerns they may have - Develop strategies to upsell and cross-sell additional services or products to existing clients - Monitor client satisfaction through surveys and feedback, implementing changes to improve overall experience - Utilize strong negotiation and people management skills to achieve successful outcomes for both the client and company

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in client service management - Motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong negotiation and people management skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
