Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Service Manager

Job Description:


Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in client service management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of reliability and independence, along with excellent emotional intelligence and time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Provide guidance and support to junior client service team members - Create and implement strategies to increase client retention and upsell opportunities - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and revenue


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7+ years of experience in client service management - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
