Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:

As a Remote Client Service Manager at Petronas, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your primary role will be to act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement - Understand client needs and requirements, and work with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet or exceed those expectations - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and effective communication - Manage client accounts and contracts, ensuring all terms and agreements are met - Monitor client satisfaction levels and take proactive steps to address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and expand client base - Provide regular reports and updates to management on client status and satisfaction levels

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7 years of experience in client services or account management - Energetic and confident personality traits - Strong cooperation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of managing client relationships and exceeding client expectations - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Familiarity with CRM software and other client management tools
