Penerangan Pekerjaan - Remote Client Service Manager

Job Description:


SIRIM Berhad is seeking a remote Client Service Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a part-time Mid-to-Senior Level position with a minimum of 8 years of experience, the Remote Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service to our clients. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, reliable, and possess strong teamwork and communication skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up. 2. Ensure that client needs are met and that any issues or concerns are addressed promptly. 3. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services and products to clients in a timely manner. 4. Provide guidance and support to clients as needed, answering questions and resolving issues. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively seek feedback to improve service delivery. 6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for client retention and growth. 7. Prepare reports and presentations on client performance and key metrics. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in client service or account management. 3. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. 8. Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
