Client Service Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Service Manager to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, Malaysia. As a Client Service Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 6 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services - Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance and identify areas for improvement - Manage client accounts, including billing, contract renewal, and upselling opportunities - Analyze client feedback and market trends to make recommendations for business growth - Provide leadership and guidance to a team of client service representatives

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in client service management, preferably in the real estate or property development industry - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and driven, with a strong customer-centric approach - Strong cooperation and critical thinking skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
