Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Client Service Manager to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad. This position offers the flexibility to work from home in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in client service management.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and exceed their expectations - Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather feedback on their experience


Requirements: - Proven track record in client service management, with at least 6 years of experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams - Driven and hardworking personality traits to drive success in a remote work environment - Creative thinking and analytical skills to develop innovative solutions and strategies - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
