Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in client servicing and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries and concerns - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery of services - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Assist in the development of strategic plans to enhance client relationships and drive business growth - Handle client complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency - Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client servicing or a related field - Resourceful and dedicated attitude towards client relationships - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think strategically and develop effective plans - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Previous experience in presenting to clients is preferred
