Client Service Officer

UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Client Service Officer in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This position is part-time and is perfect for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in the real estate industry.

Responsibilities: - Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and concerns regarding our properties and services - Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships with clients - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise - Prepare and present reports and presentations to clients - Attend meetings with clients and provide support as needed - Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new clients

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and ability to think outside the box - Strong presentation skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
