Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Service Officer

Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Client Service Officer to join our team at Tenaga Nasional Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction. 3. Providing accurate information about our products and services to clients. 4. Collaborating with other departments to address client needs and concerns. 5. Managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions. 6. Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 7. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance goals. 8. Providing regular reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels. 9. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in client service.


Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a client service role. 2. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 3. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively under pressure. 5. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Knowledge of the energy industry is a plus.
