Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Service Officer

Job Description:


Sapura Energy Berhad is seeking a passionate and resourceful Client Service Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty. - Assist in the development and implementation of client service strategies to improve overall customer experience. - Conduct regular client meetings to gather feedback and provide updates on products or services. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and promote additional services to existing clients.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Proven experience in client service, customer relations, or a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs. - Previous experience in project management is preferred.

Soft skills: - Adaptability to handle changing client demands and preferences. - Proficient in project management to oversee client service initiatives.
