Client Service Officer

Job Description:

Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries and providing solutions to their problems in a timely and professional manner. 2. Managing client accounts, including processing orders, updating client information, and resolving any issues that may arise. 3. Building strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate client services and ensure smooth operations. 5. Monitoring client feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. 3. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 4. Strong time management and emotional intelligence skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
