Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:

IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Part-Time Associate Level role, the Remote Client Service Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chats. 2. Understand clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed. 3. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 4. Utilize persuasion skills to upsell additional products or services to clients. 5. Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues in a timely manner. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the client experience.

Requirements: 1. Confident and independent personality traits. 2. Strong problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to work remotely and maintain productivity. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 6. Previous experience in a client service or sales role preferred.
