Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Remote Client Service Officer to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad. This part-time entry-level position is based in Kuala Lumpur, MY, and is perfect for individuals looking to kickstart their career in client service in a remote environment.

Responsibilities: - Communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address inquiries and provide assistance - Ensure accurate and timely processing of client requests and transactions - Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and transactions in our database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client service delivery - Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and provide feedback to management

Requirements: - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a client service role - Resilient and hardworking attitude with a strong commitment to providing excellent service - Attention to detail and strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team - Must have access to a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
