Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Service Officer


Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and driven Client Service Officer to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor. As a Client Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Provide assistance and support to clients with booking flights, making changes to reservations, and other related activities - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination on behalf of the client - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to clients to increase revenue - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide clients with the most relevant information - Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and satisfaction


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar client service role - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients - Motivated and driven to achieve customer satisfaction and business goals - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
