Penerangan Pekerjaan - Remote Client Service Officer

Job Description:


Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a Remote Client Service Officer to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in client service or a related field. We are looking for someone who is reliable, resourceful, persuasive, and skilled in planning.


Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate and execute client projects and deliverables. 4. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to existing clients. 5. Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on their status and progress. 6. Assist in the development of client service strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall client experience. 7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred. 2. Proven track record of at least 2 years in client service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong organizational and time management abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment. 7. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is a plus.
