Job Description:


As a Client Service Officer at PPB Group Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while working from home. In this part-time entry-level position, you will play a vital role in maintaining client relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat. 2. Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries. 3. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 4. Proactively identify and address client needs to enhance their overall experience. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues or escalate as needed. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients. 7. Follow company protocols for data security and privacy when handling client information.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with clients. 3. Driven and adaptable personality traits to excel in a remote work environment. 4. Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions or information for clients. 5. Proficiency in time management to balance multiple client requests efficiently.
