Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Service Officer - Work from home

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Service Officer to join our team at Petronas in Kuala Lumpur. This is a part-time, work-from-home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in client service.


As a Client Service Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed expectations.


Key responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all their needs - Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have - Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the delivery of services to clients - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services - Track and report on key performance metrics related to client service and satisfaction


Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and passionate about delivering exceptional service to clients - Proven project management skills and ability to innovate solutions - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
