Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Boustead Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and resilient Client Service Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service. 2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. 3. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues. 5. Present products and services to clients and negotiate contracts and pricing. 6. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. 2. 3 years of experience in client service or a similar role. 3. Motivated and resilient personality traits. 4. Strong presentation and negotiation skills. 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
