Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Remote Client Service Representative to join our team at AirAsia Group Berhad. As a part-time position based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients remotely. This is an entry-level role that requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have - Provide product and service information to customers as needed - Process orders, returns, and exchanges in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and promotions

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits - Strong problem-solving and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English and another language is a plus
