Remote Client Service Representative

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be confident, dedicated, have strong time management skills, and excel in cooperation with team members.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Confidence and dedication to providing excellent client service - Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines - Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
