Client Service Representative

Job Description:

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, MY. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat) - Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to clients based on their needs and preferences - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Resilient and resourceful attitude in handling challenging situations and solving problems - Strong critical thinking skills to assess client needs and provide effective solutions - Effective people management skills to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and client management software
