Job Description:
Malaysia Airlines Berhad is currently seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are adaptable, confident, creative, and possess strong problem-solving skills. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues they may have, and ensuring their overall satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering phone calls and emails from clients in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely manner. 3. Providing information about Malaysia Airlines services, promotions, and policies to clients. 4. Processing bookings, changes, and cancellations for clients. 5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient customer service operations. 6. Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience and exceed client expectations.
Requirements: 1. No prior experience required, but a passion for customer service is a must. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. 7. Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities. 8. Confidence in dealing with challenging situations and difficult clients.
