Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description: Petron Malaysia is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to work from home in Malacca City, Melaka. As an Associate Level Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and queries are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide excellent customer service. 2. Manage client accounts, including processing orders, handling complaints, and providing product information. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues. 4. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Proactively seek feedback from clients to improve services and satisfaction. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Assist in developing strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and dedicated personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and leadership skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
