Client Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Digi.Com Berhad is currently seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing remote support to our valued clients in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 3. Troubleshooting client issues and escalating as needed to ensure prompt resolution. 4. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and improve overall service delivery. 6. Demonstrating emotional intelligence in handling client concerns and building rapport. 7. Utilizing persuasion skills to guide clients towards appropriate solutions and services. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures to uphold service standards and compliance.

Requirements: 1. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. High level of emotional intelligence and empathy. 4. Persuasion skills to drive client engagement and loyalty. 5. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
