Client Service Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team at Eco World Development Group Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide them with the necessary information or assistance - Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner - Maintain client records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date - Collaborate with other team members to coordinate client requests and ensure seamless service delivery - Assist with client onboarding and provide support throughout the process - Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for business growth

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Confident and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with clients and promote company products or services - Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work well in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
