Job Description:


Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy of information and maintaining up-to-date records. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and ensure a seamless experience. 5. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients and contribute to revenue growth. 6. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with our services. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance client service delivery.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in customer service or client management roles. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Hardworking and confident personality traits. 7. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
