Penerangan Pekerjaan - Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


As a Client Service Specialist at Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients who have inquiries, complaints, or require assistance with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with clients via phone, email, and in-person to provide information about products and services and resolve any issues or concerns. 2. Manage client accounts and ensure they are up to date with accurate information. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent service delivery to clients. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients. 5. Document client interactions and feedback to improve processes and services. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide the best possible service to clients. 7. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and growth within the company.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Motivated and hardworking individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients. 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members. 4. Ability to think creatively and innovatively to solve problems and improve processes. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Fluency in English and Malay languages. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
