Job Description:


As a Remote Client Service Specialist at Celcom Axiata Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is part-time and at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 3. Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions to problems. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve client issues effectively. 5. Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using our CRM system. 6. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients.


Requirements: 1. Adaptability and energy to work in a fast-paced remote environment. 2. Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills to handle client interactions effectively. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Proficiency in using CRM software and other client service tools. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Associate degree or equivalent work experience in customer service or a related field.
