Remote Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad. This part-time role will be based in George Town, Penang, MY and will require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. As an Associate Level role, the Remote Client Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance as needed. 2. Manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. 3. Handle client requests and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist clients. 7. Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives.

Requirements: 1. Passionate and independent individual with a strong desire to deliver exceptional service to clients. 2. Excellent critical thinking and project management skills. 3. Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a remote team environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
