Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Client Service Specialist to join our team at Hilton in George Town, Penang, MY. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and other remote communication channels. 2. Assist clients with reservations, inquiries, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Solve any problems or concerns that clients may have, ensuring their satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve customer experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the system. 6. Stay up-to-date on Hilton's policies, promotions, and services to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Handle any escalated client issues with empathy and professionalism.


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and dedicated individual with a passion for customer service. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure. 3. Strong cooperation and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 4. Proficiency in using technology and communication tools. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 7. Previous experience in customer service preferred.
