Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a part-time Client Service Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles. We are looking for someone who is energetic, resourceful, and possesses strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients through various channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues. - Maintain accurate client records and documentation for future reference. - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive customer satisfaction. - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles. - Energetic and resourceful personality traits. - Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
