Client Service Specialist

Job Description:

Sime Darby Berhad is currently seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. This is a part-time position suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate for this role will be resilient, reliable, cooperative, and have strong planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and issues effectively. 5. Assist in the planning and execution of client events and initiatives. 6. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client service.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred. 2. Proven experience in customer service or a related role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong organizational and time management skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 7. Knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
