Job Description:


As a Client Service Specialist at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support. 2. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Document client interactions and update customer profiles in the company database. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliver solutions in a timely manner. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance the overall client experience.


Requirements: 1. Adaptable and confident personality traits to effectively navigate various client situations. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills to build rapport with clients. 3. Experience in a customer service or client service role for at least 3 years. 4. Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. 5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
