Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a reliable and resilient Client Service Specialist to work from home in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time role at the Associate level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in client servicing. The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic planning and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts and maintain strong relationships - Address client inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction - Monitor client feedback and analyze data to improve services - Meet targets and goals set by the company
