Job Description:


We are looking for a motivated and driven Client Support Assistant to join our team at Berjaya Corporation Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. This is a part-time, entry-level position with no required years of experience. As a Client Support Assistant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.


Responsibilities: 1. Assist clients with inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions to their issues. 2. Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention processes. 4. Monitor client feedback and communicate any trends or issues to the management team. 5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure effective communication and resolution of client concerns. 6. Provide administrative support as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing correspondence. 7. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 8. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorm ways to improve client support processes.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and driven individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and ability to understand and empathize with clients' needs. 3. Basic project management skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
