Job Description:
Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This part-time Associate Level position requires at least 2 years of experience in client support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to clients via phone, email, and online chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Assist clients with product inquiries, account management, and technical support. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and resolutions. 6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention. 7. Stay up-to-date on products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support to clients.
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and confident individual with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. 2. Demonstrated leadership abilities and strong decision-making skills. 3. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members. 4. Proficiency in using remote support tools and customer relationship management software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 6. Prior experience in client support, customer service, or a related field. 7. Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic work environment. 8. Visa sponsorship, Disability insurance, and Profit sharing benefits available.
