Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

British American Tobacco Malaysia is seeking a Client Support Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As an entry-level position, this part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in client support and customer service.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Assist clients with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Work with the operations team to process orders and shipments in a timely manner - Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to the appropriate departments - Stay knowledgeable about our products, services, and industry trends - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, but a background in customer service or sales is a plus - Driven and hardworking attitude - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and persuasion abilities - Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
