Client Support Assistant

Job Description:

Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a dedicated and reliable Client Support Assistant to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is looking to gain valuable experience in the corporate world.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person - Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain client records and update database with relevant information - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products - Keep clients informed of any updates or changes to products or services - Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities as needed - Handle any escalated client issues with professionalism and efficiency

Requirements: - Must be reliable and able to work independently - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
