Client Support Assistant

IHH Healthcare Berhad is seeking a motivated and independent Client Support Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients through various communication channels - Assist in resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Assist in organizing and planning client events and meetings - Continuously seek ways to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Strong attention to detail and excellent planning skills - Independent and motivated individual who can work effectively in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
