Job Description:


Celcom Axiata Berhad is seeking a Remote Client Support Assistant to join our team in George Town, Penang on a part-time basis. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote assistance to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met. 4. Document client interactions and maintain accurate records. 5. Conduct analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery. 8. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Requirements: 1. Driven personality with a strong work ethic. 2. Confidence in dealing with clients and problem-solving. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong analytical skills to assess and address client needs. 5. Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed. 8. Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
